Safety Engineering Braking Systems (m/w)

Ihre Tätigkeiten
- Prepare system Safety Workproducts (lines marked yellow) in line with the ZF Sprint team timing
- Support the preparation of Feature profile
- Preparation of Functional Safety Concept (FSC) in DOORS based on the customer requirements including linking
- Preparation of system FMEA (APIS-IQ-FMEA)
- Preparation of system Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) using the Reliability Workbench and Medini
- Traceability between the different WP and requirements
- Provide Status information on activities to ZF PM team
- Develop FSC, FTA and FMEA (as described above in the timeframe of the ZF Feature Sprints for particular features
- Delivery of the requested Feature Sprint related System Safety work products (FSC,FTA, FMEA) after each Sprint
Ihr Profil
- You have a Systems Understanding/Systems architecture understanding of Braking Systems
- Requirements engineering (all)
- Doors tool know how (all)
- FMEA with APIS IQ (at least one of candidates)
- FSC acc. to ISO 26262 (at least one of candidates)
- FTA with Reliability Workbench and Medini (at least one of candidates)
- You have Experience in ASPICE SYS.2 and SYS.3 process to understand the idea and targets of the workproducts prepared as part of the Application project. (all)
- You have English and German (if possible) language skills and capability to technically negotiate all Team-task related open topics with the vehicle manufacturer and ZF.
- Basic knowledge for agile working philosophy to understand the idea of how to work in the project and capability to stick to the given timeboxes per sprint (all)
