Within the RLE Group, there are various opportunities for interested candidates. RLE International: Direct entry in permanent positions, primarily in Core Functions. RLE Mobility: Direct entry in permanent positions at RLE Mobility. You will be firmly integrated into the RLE hierarchy, both disciplinarily and professionally. You will work within our project teams on exciting topics relating to the mobility of tomorrow and digitalisation. RLE Engineering & Services: Through RLE Engineering & Services, we offer you both the opportunity of direct placement with our industrial customers and the possibility of employment as a temporary employee in a wide range of industrial sectors.

Since we want to work with you on a long-term basis, our employment contracts are usually open-ended. At RLE International and RLE Mobility, you will initially be integrated into an existing, experienced team and thus have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge in your field of activity. Since this is not a temporary employment position, we will hold regular navigation meetings to discuss how you envision your professional development. Due to the diversity of our projects and topics, we are always happy to hear from curious and motivated colleagues who would also like to develop their skills in other RLE projects. Since we are represented worldwide, nothing stands in the way of your international career.
Innovative, modern, flexible! You are not the person for your typical "9 to 5 job" and would like to reconcile your private and professional life flexibly? Then you are exactly right here! We focus on innovative, hybrid solutions. As far as your specific job allows, we rely on flexible working hours, mobile working and homogeneously equipped workplaces across locations for maximum flexibility in cross-location activities. In consultation with your manager, you determine individually how often you can and want to work on the move and how often you want to work on-site in the office. This is made possible by state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions, online meetings and close communication within the RLE Group.
After a positive decision by our department, we would naturally like to learn as much as possible about you. We work flexible in terms of location and very cross-locational, which is why we usually arrange an online interview in the first step and a personal meeting in our office with you in the second step. Once the selection process has been completed, we will provide you with feedback on your application, and the interviews held promptly.
Once you have been accepted by mutual agreement, we will send you your employment contract as soon as possible. This usually happens within a few days.

RLE Engineering & Services GmbH has been established as a development partner for numerous companies for more than 30 years and offers you exciting job opportunities in various key technological industries directly at the customer's site. You can expect exciting projects in the technologies of tomorrow, long-term perspectives and close and collegial cooperation with your team.
As a team member of RLE Engineering & Services GmbH, you will work on long-term projects in various vital technological industries, such as automotive, mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, energy and electrical engineering, directly at our customers' sites.
You submit your application via our careers page. Immediately afterwards, it will be reviewed by our recruiting team. The next step is an initial telephone/personal meeting to get to know each other, during which you will receive information about RLE and the position. Your profile will then be forwarded to the specialist department of our partner companies, always in consultation with you and depending on the suitability of the position. In case of positive feedback, an interview with the department, i.e. your potential future project manager, will occur. Before you start your first project-related assignment at RLE E&S, you will therefore have enough time to get to know us and your future place of work.
At RLE, the paths are short. After acceptance, it takes only a few days until the contract is signed. Often it is even much faster.
