On your first day at work you are personally greeted before attending a traditional inducement event where you will meet your new colleagues and your mentor and get initial insights into the corporate world at RLE.
In addition to the standard probationary period with feedback talks, the RLE new hire programme involves a structured training schedule.
Our business model is designed to help you rapidly obtain competency for taking on tasks and projects under your own autonomous responsibility, drawing upon your experience as well. Navigation talks are held for us to jointly ensure that you benefit from the skills development and training opportunities we offer. RLE Staff Development and the RLE Campus represent the juncture where the individual’s needs and the company’s requirements converge.
